The dietary department is an integral unit in the total patient care in the hospital. It is essentially required and considered as a part of the patients’ treatment.

Mission:
-          Providing high quality, nourishing, well- balanced, attractive and satisfying meals which meets the nutritional needs of the patients.
-          Assessing nutritious status of patients with different health conditions (Diabetic, Hypertensive, Renal…)
-          Presenting On- going nutritional education for the patient and family about the nature of the diet that should be followed at home
Offering Internship program and Training for Nutrition and dietetic graduates from different universities

-          Full- time licensed, Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists
-          Head chef
-          Aide chef
-          Catering staff

The duty hours:  - Nutrition office from 8a.m till 3p.m
                         - Kitchen from 5:30a.m till 7:30p.m
