Overview:
This department is highly equipped with the best apparatus to monitor life signals during a chemotherapy session, an apparatus to monitor the drug, and a time controller.
It is also equipped with a special vehicle that has a central oxygen ventilator, a cardiac monitor, a cardiographer, and a cardio-electric shock apparatus in cases of emergency.
It also includes a special room for drug preparation with all the necessary chemicals and medical equipment that a nurse needs to repair and give the drug or medicament.

Mission:
Beyond any doubt, the most important objective of the chemotherapy department at Rayak Hospital is to care for cancer patients and treat them whatever the kind or the degree of cancer is, and to work or putting an end to the deterioration of cancer patient's case.

Team:
In this department, there are a specialized doctor, a supervisor who is a specialized pharmacist in drug preparation, a specialized head of department, a trainer, a licensed nurse, and an aid nurse. All of those are subject to regular tests.

The chemotherapy department is located in the southern side of the ground floor in block a right above radiology treatment radiology

Working days in this department are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8"00 am till 3:00 pm
